The Stress Management Society defines stress as what happens when the demands made on a person exceed that person’sability to cope. Yet, here’s a surprise. Stress is a good thing!
If we didn’t have stress in our lives, we wouldn’t get out of bed in the morning. It’s the force that keeps us moving. And we wouldn’t last long without it!
It is all about balance. Some stress is good but we need to react to and manage stress properly in our lives, to ensure it works inour favour. Don’t sit and think about how stressed out you are, do something about it!

Week 1 - Stress. Recognition and Awareness
Week 2 - How to deal with my type of stress
Week 3 - Meditation for stress
Week 4 - First Aid for stress
Course costs £10.00 per session
